It seems I have to set up a Chatter account in order to speak with an agent. I have been trying to do this for the last 6 months; therefore, I would never ever suggest anybody use Chatter because it seems to like to rip people off, even ones that are due pay-as-you-go.

Purchase your phone through Walmart Woodstock New Brunswick on October 29th 2025 at 11:21 a.m. was back at Walmart Saturday morning to return your guys's broken phone never got a return back is November 3rd still waiting for your guys 's free turn phone to call someone could give me a phone call would be greatly apprecious as I want a live agent not a robot would be greatly appreciated 1 50*-*** -**** I'd like this to be resolved today please as I need a phone for my calls and medical issues as I need them done

I'm not calling chatrmobile customer service if no one is going to Answer me I'm not happy one bite on this and u need to help ur customer better then what u are doing I been trying to have someone talk to me from October 29th 2025 so this is not what I was expecting do be doing everyday phone won't phone won't I better have someone call me very soon since you want to call I want someone to make sure that it is not going to be one of those things you call me and nothing's going to be done if you're going to do something and you're going to have it done today then call me at 506-429-****

Not happy no one is happying me out with this and chatrmobile won't answer the phone so can't talk to no one and I'm going to get mad it sad u guys can't do the job on keeping ur customers happy
I'm so done being ignored by a phone company that won't answer you and won't talk to the customers to make things right. But to make the customer know that they are going [o get the help they need is to stop ignoring them and Anwser the phone so you know ur customers are happy with what they got so stop ignoring and Anwser ur phone thank you for reading this message

Chatrmobile what is it going to do about the return on the phone I got on October 29th 2025 it's now November 13th and still waiting for a Anwser and u still ignore me about this sorry but this needs to be solved asap I'm not going to back down from this I believe chatrmobile needs to refund me for a phone that doesn't work and I purchased and didn't work when I opened it

To let you know, this is going on social media to any and all I can find to inform innocent potential customers of your ways! Attention to all seeking mobile service: if you are considering Chatr for mobile service, do know that if you are unable to add eSIM to your account on your own, you may (as happened to me, by the way) have trouble or no luck at all in getting assistance, with the possibility of your time running out and no service happening, but the company keeping what you paid for service very real, as this was my experience.
So, hardly worth trying to save money, ironic to say the least. Know that if, like me on a low-income budget, they have utterly managed to mess up my entire month of bills, and having a critical part of being for me a phone with my ailing 93-year-old father on oxygen, and my only sibling having been diagnosed with liver cancer after just having surgery that stopped his heart, and also ailing from heart conditions, now having no way for anyone to get ahold of me if, God forbid, one will take a bad or worse turn than already pending on their precious life! So thank you, Chatr, and know that the personal well-being is far from their concern when you hook up—or sorry, try to hook up—with the culprits who only value the almighty dollar and not the welfare or happiness of their customers, even if you do not become a customer but do pay for it and pay dearly, as in my case, with no other funds to secure a phone with any other for the duration of this month!! $44.00 plus is in their pockets, however, for absolutely no service in return!!

The problem on my SIM card is still the same, when I receive calls it shows no caller id and I visited chatr vendor and explained everything, they asked me to buy another SIM card for replacement of my existing number.. I tried it on chatr account website.. it says errors from chatr.

Whej I first got chatr, I loved them. Great network service, plans were great deals with lots of data.
Support was always so helpful and friendly.
Now, they thought it wouod be better to get rid of the app which was stupid and no live agents.
I called and they just sent me a link right back to where I needed help with.
Stull great service but honestly with no live agents i wouldnt recommend them
Anymore. Automated customer service is annoying and not helpful at all.

Still nothing yet and when they do right I don't see any of their new messages so still waiting but would still like to have a phone number to reach them or they can contact me at my email or phone that I've left them before this needs to be done today I'm tired of waiting around when I do dispute everything they're not coming back to me with a proper answer it's just a blank page besides last night and you guys sent me your message

I can't get into my voicemail, can barely talk to or get a hold of anyone that works for them. The link they gave me to do my voicemail setup and reset does not work; it just says error, too expensive.

My card registered for autopay is good, and they are saying it's not. They should try more than once in case a mistake was made.

Still have not been Anwser by chatr this is not ok to ignore your customers
This is just what I tho chatrmobile customer service you don[ know how to get back to ur companies at all I am sick of this u need to stop ignoring thos and do something& about it right now I need a number to talk to someone had a stupid robot didn't help us at all is someone on the phone that's actually going to talk she's their customers and get this solved I'm not h@***y and not playing a f***around game with u I need this solved do to I have medical reasons and doctors that are needed to call me and I'm sick of being ignored I will be taking this to the bored and informing them on what you guys do to your customers this is ridiculous I have PAIDED or a device that is NO good from day one WON'T turn on and the next thing when you go you get a SALE DON'T have something BROKEN brand new and not return or not give the return or answer them on the RETURN I purchased this phone it WON'T turn on at Walmart Canada New Brunswick told me they're 14 days warranty is not good enough to take this phone back it won't turn on told me to contact CHATR and I've done everything I can so he tried to get a hold of these people nothing IGNORANCE room NO Commitment to what they say LIE and literally IGNORED all CUSTOMER care that they are supposed to help with so I will be taking this up higher to the higher party of the problem if I don't get an ANSWER in the next 15 minutes on what is going on of this purchase and what reward and refund and I'm being IGNORED by u and my phone that will not turn on that I purchased at $132 . 25 you will not be getting away with this and until this is resolved you have an hour to get back to me or I'm going higher up and I will have their phone number and trust me mark my words I don't give up on anything that I know is right and what you're doing is WRONG on what u are doing to ur customers you guys have NO customers care skills
