My problem is. Put quite simply that you have ripped me off, stole my money from my credit card and giving me a number upon Sim card activation that is an invalid number and now I cant even register for My chatr in the mobile app.
When I say you robbed me and owe me an immediate reimbursement its because I chose a 34$ plan and you took 56$ from me BUT I only authorized a 15$ charge because I had already deposited a 20$ top up voucher I had to pay the balance with my credit card. When asked the amount I wanted to deposit to my chatr mobile account I entered 15 .I even optéd in for monthly auto payments .When I got the notification that my SIM was then activated and I could start using my phone for calls and texts I tried to call 611 to verify I was good to go and that I in fact has 60gb of data but that is not what I heard. I was informed by the lady not that my number was not a chatr mobile number and was not able to have imformation about my account. But how is that possible when I was given multiple numbers to choose from at.
the start . I chose 514 473-**** . Then I received a notification from KOHO saying I had spent 56.$ and some cents on the plan, a plan I did NOT CHOOSE first of all . secondly I entered the number 15 so I WANT THE PROBLEM RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY and my money credited back to my credit card before I take you to court and sue or fraud .
And one more thing before I forget ,after the number printed on the SIM card was accepted which allowed me to move forward with activation of my new .
Chatr line ,it is now considered an invalid non existent SIM number.
I will give you a heads up before you try telling me I cannot have the money you took from my credit card or there is nothing you can do or even try telling me tht I entered information and hose thing I didnt, my lawyer is my husband so hes already advised me that should you not handle this issue today, there WILL most definitely be legal action taken towards a fraud charge against chatr and I will absolutely sue you. I have a second mobile and its also a chatr line just in case you would car to have the decency to contact me today and work out a solution to fix your major mistake

so far nothing other than fixing the problem, which is all I really wanted anyways.
Wait times are more than an hour, then the person who answers will not be able to assist you. It's absolutely awful. Rogers, the owner of Chatr, needs money to finance all of the Toronto sports teams that they own, and they will obtain it from you in any possible way.
They made a mess of my wife's cell number. It wasn't transferred properly and isn't associated with an account, so we only get phone calls, but no data or texts, on a number she has had for 30 years!
Now, I can't even leave Chatr until they rectify it because it's impossible to port a number that doesn't have a corresponding account number. I would have left already if it weren't for this issue, yet no one there knows how to resolve it. Additionally, there's no dealer support from Chatr. The Mobile Shop has called many times on our behalf, and they still have to wait a minimum of 1.5 hours to reach someone.
This is Chatr's so-called express dealer line! When they finally connect with someone, they say at the end of the call they're referring the issue to the 'back office. What "back office"? Is there even a "back office"?
I don't think so. They say wait three days, but it's never fixed, they just want to get rid of me for three days before I contact them again. So, I end up having to do it all over again. This has been ongoing for a month now.
It's total nonsense. There's just no way to resolve a problem with them. Period. I suggest you avoid their service.
It's not worth the risk! I recommend trying Lucky, who offer the same plans and who I haven't had any problems with. Why oh why did I leave?
Chatr's online portal is equally inadequate.
We have five lines, and for each line, I have to create a separate account tied to a different email address. Lucky, however, allowed me to manage all five lines under one online account linked to a single email.

I signed up at Chatr for the one-month free deal that was supposed to kick in on my next anniversary date, but I never received the message to reply 'YES' to. I was supposed to get a message asking me to say 'YES' to a free month, and I never received this message.
I purchased the 34-dollar plan for 50 GB, and I was supposed to get this message.
The place I bought it from was legit, and they had to rely on Chatr's system to send this message to me. Chatr customer support is also out of service indefinitely.

My phone was stolen with a Chatr SIM card in it! I purchased a new phone and Chatr mobile SIM card but would like to transfer my number and plan that I had to the new SIM card.
I have tried to get in contact several times and several ways to get in contact with Chatr mobile to resolve this issue only to find out that as of November 1st 2024 there will be no longer live agents to contact.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! I also cannot access my email without being able to access my number, which is 506512****, and my registered email is Tracycraft43@***.com, and my new email is sashamitton1981@***.com.

Nothing works. You did an automatic update, and now the phone does not work.
You cannot have a customer service line that doesn't connect to any customer service representatives. Everything you've implemented into your changes has disrupted the whole system. You double billed me last month, and now my phone's not working. I can't log in, and I can't contact customer service.
This is the worst company ever. I recommend using any other service provider.

They deactivated my account after 32 days
I bought a flip phone and paid for a new SIM card, as well as 1 month service. They said I just have to top it up online every month.
After 1 month, I tried to pay for the next month onine, but it said "Account not found." Tried a few times, so I went into the store where I bought it and they didn't know why they couldn't access it, so they said to call Cusomer service. Waited over 2 hours for customer service to answer, and they didn't know why, so said they would "Escalate" it. Turns out they deactivated it! They said after 5 days of non payment they deactivate, but in this case, I paid for the first month and it was the 2nd month, at the beginning of the month, so say about 35 days from when I first activated it, they deactivated my account.
I was furious --- and they said I cannot get the number back. Even when I was complaining to them, it had been 2 1/2 months since I bought it, not anywhere near the 3 months they say it takes before they will deactivate a number.
They deactivated it approx 1 week after the first paid month. Terrible Customer service -- even the "escalation" took 3 weeks for them to respond.

I like talking to customer service. Some of the questions I need to ask, your bot doesn't have them for me to ask.
And so, I still can't fix my problem. So how can I fix my problem without talking to a customer service representative?

Chatr cut my services and no online help availbale.
I gave my credit card number to Chatr to withdraw from my credit card on monthly payment. This month they cut my services at the heat of my need for my mobile.
They asked me with a text to top-up my account. I called their number to ask what they meant. No real person was there to answer. Instead the AI staff asked to go online.
I went online today for the whole morning, nothing works on their online service. The link they provide does not accept the click and then they block me for 30 minutes repeatedly for too many attempts.
I called a Chatr service provider in the city where I knew them, but no one answered.

My Bill was due on the 18 of November I paid it on the 17 which was the Sunday on Monday my phone was cut off no service no tool free lines to call no one to speak with went to the store the lady don't know what to do until a man comes in say it happend to him and say I should call Rogers another half hour wating I have to send screenshots of my payment from the bank to get back my phone on because Rogers now have Chata and Fido no communication nasty company

I tried to change my credit card account online, had to change passwords, then couldn't get in, as it stated the password was wrong. Then, I phoned to talk to a real person, and I am still on hold after 1 hour and 40 minutes.
It's a long time. The recording says I can go to the website to do what I need to do, but I can't. I am a senior citizen, not tech or phone savvy. We only have this phone for my ill husband, who is in and out of the hospital quite often, and this is his lifeline.
It's very frustrating not to be able to talk to someone.
My credit card was changed by the company because it had been compromised by a company to which I had given my number. Please help.

They fixed the problem but it took 5 weeks and getting another organization (CCTS) involved to get them to fix it.
